It also means “to throw” or “throwing,” but not in this context.

Like without realizing it, brushing (touching) a bit more

I misheard this line the first time. I thought it said:
Como sin darse cuenta rezar un poco más
Like without realizing it, praying a bit more

It made sense to me because the next line talks about closed eyes. “Rozar” is harder to translate. Oh well.
