The introductory lines are part of a live performance, not spoken in all recorded versions. I think this song might have been the last one of the concert or the last song that this group played in the concert, since “nos vamos con musica” (we leave/exit with music) sounds like a farewell.

The subject at the end (first person yo) isn’t required for Spanish grammar, since the verb vengo is conjugated as first person so it is already understood to a first person grammatical sentence. The final yo is to emphasize themselves. It is like in English, for example, when I myself may want to emphasize a word.
Es que se ha ido mi único amor,
Para nunca volverlo a ver.
It’s just that my only love has left,
Left to never see him again.
It is that they have gone, my only love,
To never see them again.
Es que… (It is that…, it’s just that…) is used to begin explanations in Spanish.
We know that their lover uses masculine pronouns because the singer says volverlo (instead of volverla), where the final lo is the indirect object (the lover they are talking about). Also, because later they use él (he).
Y nunca nos separarán…
De mi único amor.
And never will they separate us…
From my only love.
It is a bit strange that the singer uses nos separarán (separate us) instead of me separarán (separate me). The lyrics are broken off so that this is its own sentence (they will never separate us), with “us” meaning the two lovers, and then the singer cannot resist explaining again that their lover is my único amor (my only love).
