I want to confess to you that I am certain now
That memories of you live beneath my skin.

[More literal:]
I want to confess that I now have the certainty
That your memory lives inside my skin.

I translated to “beneath my skin” since that is a more common English idiom. The singer is saying that memories of their sweetheart are now a part of themselves. Idioms are not supposed to be translated word-of-word literally, but I added the extra literalness here for teaching’s sake.

Side note: In my Mexican Spanish, I usually understand coraje to mean “anger” with the connotation of “fighting energy”, so I checked to make sure I heard that line correctly. But yes, the primary meaning of coraje is “courage”, even if it has an informal alternative meaning of “rage” and “fury”. If someone is adapting this song for a Mexican audience, you can change that line to: “Por fin usare todo el valor que he guardado“. But if you don’t change it, that’s fine. It’s obvious what it means from context and the singer’s tone.

The “algun” (some) is meant to sound casual. Imagine someone kicking rocks with their hands in their pocket, asking, “you know, in case your heart wanted to love someone or whatever?”

The term dueño (owner, master) also sounds more causal in Spanish. Husbands and wives are, in a way, each other’s masters. It sounds weird in English since we don’t speak like that unless it’s about BDSM, master and submissive, or a very conservative view of women as property. That is likely the etimological source, but in Spanish romantic context in current day, this is more about owning hearts than owning people. In English, you’d say “I have your heart” or “you have my heart” instead, which means the same but doesn’t use the words owner or master.

If you want to make that line sound more romantic in English, you can also switch it to something else that fits the tone of the song, like:
