Translation:

Desde que te perdí
La luz se ha puesto muy mojada.
Mirada triste esta nublada
Y en mis ojos no ha parado de llover
.

Since I lost you
The light has become very watery.
Sad gaze, this cloudyness
And in my eyes, it has not stopped raining.

Solo y ya sin ti,
Me tienes como un perro herido.
Me tienes como un ave sin su nido.
Estoy solo como arena sin su mar
.

Alone and now without you,
You have me like a wounded dog.
You have me like a bird without a nest.
I’m alone like sand without its ocean.

Quien detendra la lluvia en mí,
Oh no, no.
Se me ha inundado el corazón.
¿Quién detendra la lluvia en mi?

Oh mi amor,
Solo tú puedes pararla
.

Who will stop the rain in me,
Oh no, no.
My heart has flooded.
Who will stop the rain in me?
Oh my love,
Only you can stop it.

Sigue lloviendo, le sigue lloviendo al corazón.
Dime que diablos voy a hacer.
Sigue lloviendo, le sigue lloviendo al corazón,
Y en mis ojos no ha parado de llover
.

It keeps raining, it keeps raining into the heart.
Tell me what the devil I will do.
It keeps raining, it keeps raining into the heart,
And in my eyes, it has not stopped raining.

No te comprendo,
No entiendo que paso,
Si te di todo,

Quizás te di de mas.

I don’t comprehend you,
I don’t understand what happened,
If I gave you everything,
Perhaps I gave you too much.

Dime que falto,
Dime que sobro,
Dime que paso,
Pero dime algo, pues me estoy muriendo
.

Tell me what was missing,
Tell me what was too much,
Tell me what happened,
But tell me something, because I’m dying.

Quien detendra la lluvia en mí,
Oh no, no.
Se me ha inundado el corazón.
¿Quién detendra la lluvia en mi?

Oh mi amor,
Solo tú puedes pararla
.

Who will stop the rain in me,
Oh no, no.
My heart has flooded.
Who will stop the rain in me?
Oh my love,
Only you can stop it.

Translation Notes:

sólo [adverb] = only, just, solely, merely

solo [adjective] = alone, lonely, single

These words are pronounced the same way (SOH-lo), and do not need an accent to specify pronunciation, but an accent was traditionally used to distinguish them grammatically. Apparently, the Real Academia Española (Royal Spanish Academy) decided in 2010 that using the accent was no longer necessary. You can spell both solo.
