I am going to laugh, I am going to dance.
I’m gonna laugh, I’m gonna dance.
Technically, the second translation is more grammatically literal. “I will laugh” is “(Yo) reiré” (future tense conjugation) if you want to be strict. However, the grammatically literal “I am going to ___” translation is wordy and not really how an English speaker would say the same thoughts in a song. Use “I’m gonna _____” if you want to preserve both the grammar and the timing for karaoke.

¡Eso! literally translates to “That!”

“Se olvida” is advice given in impersonal third person. We don’t use this much in English to tell people what to do. He is saying that you shouldn’t encourage intrusive memories that make you suffer. Let those memories go.
Pa’ is a spoken shortening of para. It is informal, not proper written Spanish, but you will hear it a lot in songs and spoken Spanish. In internet and texting slang, you may see pq which is short for either para qué or por qué (why) or porque (because).

Always forward, don’t look back.
This line has some spoken shortenings also.

This line uses the colloquialism la vida es una (life is one). It means you should enjoy your life and pursue happiness. Basically, YOLO but without any connotation of recklessness.
