That’s a heavily interpreted translation and I’m not happy with it.
It is literally: Like a big one she moves her tail.
Big? Like she’s important? Like she’s a big girl (a woman)? It’s ambiguous, so pick the one you like.

The word rola is related to words like rulo (hair curler) and English “roller.”
