The song is about addiction to love, superficially, but also about addiction to drugs. People walk on walls in the music video, and the police come in the end. The translation is straight-forward. There is one notable language quirk, though, in the spelling of the title. Here was an question and answer from Yahoo! Respuestas (broken link because Yahoo! retired those forums):

En realidad puedes usar los dos, resulta que hace tiempo se usaba la doble grafía -bs- de forma normal como en substancia, substantivo, obscuro, etc.
En la actualidad esa doble grafía se simplificó y sólo se utiliza la -s-, entonces quedó sustancia, sustantivo, oscuro, etc.
La Real Academia sugiere que en palabras como obscuro, subscribir, substancia, substitución, substraer y sus compuestos y derivados (aquí entra obscuridad) el grupo -bs- se simplifique en s. [sic]
