Translation:

Ay, amor, amor,
Te quiero confesar que no hay rencor.
Yo siempre te querré sin condición.
Después de todo un año, yo te he perdonado.

Oh, love, love,
I want to confess to you that there is no resentment.
I will always love you without condition.
After a whole year, I have forgiven you.

Ay, qué mal que tú
Seguro has de pensar seguido en mí.
Te duele recordar quién soy, quién fui,
Yo sé, sigues amándome. Seguro, con el tiempo…

Oh, how awful that you
For sure think regularly of me.
It hurts you to remember who I am, who I was,
I know, you continue loving me. Surely, with time…

Entenderás
Que ya no hay vuelta atrás.
No has podido olvidarme,
Pero ya te solté.

You will understand
That there is no going back.
You have not been able to forget me,
But I already let you go.

Entenderás
Que ya no hay vuelta atrás.
Pero ahora ya es tarde,
Aunque te mueras por volver.

You will understand
That there is no going back.
But now it is too late,
Even if you’re dying to return.

Ay, amor, amor,
Mejor te dejo ahí, mejor así.
Lo debes superar, mejor por ti.
Seguro ni has llorado, yo sé que con el tiempo…

Oh, love, love,
Better I leave you there, it’s better like that.
You must overcome it, better for you.
Surely you haven’t even cried, I know that with time…

Entenderás
Que ya no hay vuelta atrás.
No has podido olvidarme
Pero ya te solté.

You will understand
That there is no going back.
You have not been able to forget me,
But I already let you go.

Entenderás
Que ya no hay vuelta atrás.
Pero ahora ya es tarde
Aunque te mueras por volver.

You will understand
That there is no going back.
But now it is too late,
Even if you’re dying to return.

Translation Notes:

The ego in this song is fascinating to me. It’s such a message of “poor baby, you’re so sad, but not me, I’m fine after the breakup”.

Ay, qué mal que tú / Seguro [has de pensar] {seguido} en mí.

Oh, how awful that you / For sure [think] {regularly} of me.

Oh, how bad that you / Surely [must think] {often} of me.

Lo debes superar, mejor por ti.
Seguro ni has llorado, yo sé que con el tiempo…

You must overcome it, better for you.
Surely you haven’t even cried, I know that with time…

The bolded phrase is claiming the song recipient is still in shock over the breakup and has not processed it yet, has not yet mourned the relationship ending, has not moved on. This is in contrast to the singer, who is completely over it. The singer has no hard feelings, no bitterness, no strong feelings left for the relationship anymore.
