Translation:

Mi cuenta de ahorros, mi pasta dental,
Mi guitarra Fender y mi celular.
Mi libro de sushi comprado en Perú,
Mi bata de baño y mi champú. (¡Oh!)

My checking account, my toothpaste,
My Fender guitar and my cell phone.
My book about sushi bought in Peru,
My bathrobe and my shampoo. (Oh!)

My bike, my motorcycle, my rock albums,
My grand piano, my television.
My moisturizing creams, my sunglasses,
My chair and my bookcase.

. *

Everything I have is yours (yours, yours).
You, the only one in my life (yours, yours, yours).
The reason for my longings (yours, yours, yours).
The swinging of my memories (yours, yours). *

Todo y más,
Todo es tuyo, nena (aja).
Todo es tuyo, nena.

Everything and more,
Everything is yours, girl (yeah).
Everything is yours, girl.

My life, my sky, *
She who interprets the depths of my dreams.

Mi casita y mi conuco,
Mis flores de primavera,
Y el rinconcito de la luna,

Todo es tuyo, bella.

My little house and my parcel of land,
My springtime flowers,
And the moon’s little corner spot,
Everything is yours, beautiful.

¡Pum! ¡Kitipun! ¡Kitipun! (x2)

And every time that I see you walk, my heart,
It flips, it goes:
Pum! Kitipun! Kitipun! [*Heartbeat sounds.]

My pine trees in the patio, my letters of love,
The fifth (symphony) of Mahler recorded in Japan. *

Mi banda Naliva y sí mi Toblerone. [*mistranscribed?]
Mis dos maraquitas pa’ [para] tocar son.

My Naliva band and yes, my Toblerone. *
My two little maracas to play son music.

Oh, mi aceite del prado, mi agua Perrier,
Y mi camomila pa’ yo hacerme un té.

Oh, my De Prado (olive) oil, my Perrier water,
My chamomille so I can make me some tea.

Mi almohada, mi sueño, mi despertador,
Mi fiesta y mi traje.

My pillow, my dream, my alarm clock,
My party and my outfit.

. *

Everything I have is yours (yours, yours).
You, the only one in my life (yours, yours, yours).
The reason for my longings (yours, yours, yours).
The swinging of my “I love you”s (yours, yours). *

Todo es tuyo, nena.

Everything is yours, girl.

My life, my sky,
The dictionary in “fa” of my “I love your”s. [*fa the musical note]
Everything is yours, girl.

Mi corazón de bachata,
El do de mi cafetera,
Y el rinconcito de la noche,

Todo es tuyo, bella.

My heart of bachata (music),
The “do” of my coffee maker, [*do the musical note]
And the little corner of the night,
Everything is yours, beautiful.

¡Pum! ¡Kitipun! ¡Kitipun! (x3)

And every time that I see you walk, my heart,
It flips, it goes:
Pum! Kitipun! Kitipun! (x3)

Translation Notes:

[El vaivén] de mis recuerdos (tuyo, tuyo). *First time
*Second time

[The swinging] of my memories (yours, yours).
[The swinging] of my “I love you”s (yours, yours).

This line is changed in the song. Both versions are correct.

El vaivén [m. noun] = the see-saw, the swaying, the rocking, the back and forth motion.

My life, my sky, *
She who interprets the depths of my dreams.

The first line is referring to the girl by terms used for loved ones. “My life” (my vida) and “my sky/heaven” (mi cielo) are used similarly to English “my love”, “my sweetheart”, “my darling”, etc.

Like in English, these terms are used for romantic partners as well as one’s children. They are general terms for precious people in your life.

La quinta de Mahler grabada en Japón.
The fifth (symphony) of Mahler recorded in Japan.

Symphony No. 5 by Gustav Mahler features trumpets and alternates between nervous/exciting heart thumping sounds and floating “everything is fine” relaxing sounds.

Here is a version recorded in NHK Hall, Tokyo (September 2000) by the NHK Symphony Orchestra:

I don’t have enough background to know if this is the version that Juan Luis Guerra is referencing or if it doesn’t matter too much and he just wanted to rhyme Japón with kitipun.

Mi banda naliva y sin mi Toblerone. (?)
My naliva band and without my Toblerone.

Mi banda Naliva y sí, mi Toblerone. (?)
My Naliva band and yes, (even) my Toblerone.

I think this lyrics line is mistrascribed (wrong Spanish words). The “sin” (without) doesn’t make sense and I think I hear “” (yes) so I temporarily changed it to that. It might be the musical note “si” but that doesn’t make sense to me.

I am not sure what naliva/Naliva means.

If you speak Spanish and understand this line better, please comment! I appreciate help on this. If you don’t speak Spanish, keep in mind that transcription (writing down the original spoken Spanish) is an earlier step, before translation.

At the end, Juan Luis Guerra mentions musical notes “fa” and “do”. These are the musical notes you may be more familiar hearing in their order: Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Si (Ti).

This is why I suspect my mistranscribed line earlier might have the musical note “si”.
